・stick to ~ 「~を続ける、やり通す」
I'm the type who sticks to one hobby, and one only. 「僕はたった1つの趣味をずっと続けるタイプで。」
stick to sth [OXFORD]
1. to continue doing sth despite difficulties :
She finds it impossible to stick to a diet. おもしろい例文ですね。
2. to continue doing or using sth and not want to change it :
He promised to help us and he stuck to his word (= he did as he had promised).
'Shall we meet on Friday this week?' 'No, let's stick to Saturday.' She stuck to her story.
・occasional 「時々の、時たまの」
occasional [OXFORD] : [only before noun] happening or done sometimes but not often :
He works for us on an occasional basis.

1. ~ (in / with sth) to take part in a sport, an activity, etc. but not very seriously : 「~をかじる」というのは、こちらの方ですね。昨日の dabbler もここからつながっているのかな?
She is a talented musician but is content to just dabble.

2. ~ sth (in sth) to move your hands, feet, etc. around in water : [ジーニアス] ではこちらの意味が最初に載っています。
