"can"っていい意味で能力や可能性を表すと思っていましたが、こういう時も"can"を使うんですね。

・elaborate : [usually before noun] very complicated and detailed; carefully prepared and organized

・cost a fortune : = cost a lot of money

・hassle : to annoy sb or cause them trouble, especially by asking them to do sth many times = bother

ちなみに・hustle : to make sb move quickly by pushing them in a rough aggressive way

・on one's behalf :
1. as the representative of sb or instead of them
2. because of sb; for sb
3. in order to help sb

If you put it off until later, you may never get around to it.
